The FOOTBALL CLUB leading the FIGHT against THE POLICE charges which threaten to close music venues and small football clubs and who went to PARLIAMENT last month have sensationally had HALF THEIR GROUND CLOSED DOWN BY THE POLICE ON HEALTH and SAFETY GROUNDS THIS MORNING !!!


This is a direct response by the POLICE STATE to a group of people who have chellenged ACPO in Parliament.

I can assure everyone on here that the GROUND Is far superior than most in terms of safety in League 2 and even League 1. Though it is a 70s designed ground.

The POLICE made their move today giving the club almost no time before the season and potentially making them homeless.

The CLUB HAD REFUSED TO PAY VINCINITY CHARGES and this shows that THE POLICE WILL USE ANY MEANS NECESSARY TO SMASH ANYONE who threatens their aim of taking over the UK.

The NATIONAL MEDIA needs to get hold of this story NOW and show the PUBLIC what the POLICE are doing in private to anyone who dares take them on.

FANS of all CLUBS are asked to contact their MPs and COUNCILLORS to protest against VINCINITY CHARGING and to SUPPORT HEREFORD UNITED and WIGAN in their campaign against THE POLICE.

The Background

Early last season ACPO decided to trial their vincinity charges with Hereford United. The Chairman said no to paying these bills - with a raft of support from journalists in the sports press and music press Graham Turner led a campaign against these ACPO charges

This culminated in Graham Turner going in front of a House of Commons Committee to be interviewed by MPs about these charges.

Graham Turner has still not paid.

What has suddenly Happened ?

In the last two weeks first the one set of terracing was closed down on the basis that the barriers could not withstand 5 tons push at one end !!! Then under the one stand the barriers were too long. In addition tarmaced areas were then closed down.

This reduced the capacity from 7,800 to 5,300

Today's Development

Now the Health and Safety have called a FIRE DRILL for the main stand. A concrete cantilevered stand which was finished building in the mid 1990s. The main stand. If fans cant get out in 2 and half minutes they will close down areas of this stand.

This would Hereford United's ground outside Football League capacity regulations.

Ironically grounds like BARNET which have far worse terraces with LONGER barriers and fewer exits dont seem to have these problems and their stand is wooden framed and goes back to the 1950s. Accrington Stanley and Macclesfield likewise have far worse grounds.

BUT GRAHAM TURNER TOOK ON ACPO - the CENTRAL CONTROL OF POLICE STATE BRITAIN. Therefore his club are to be "Terminated" in TRUE POLICE STATE fashion.

The poor bloke is totally shocked by all of this being "Old school" and not realising what is happening in Britain.

This story should be on the front pages of every paper or at the very least on the back pages - but it isnt because journalists are "bought and paid" by the NWO Police State and they are frightened to publish this story.
