40 years ago today 14 Years, 9 Months ago

I remember watching the moon landing, and having posters of the astronauts on my bedroom wall. It was fairly exciting at first, but I eventually lost interest when I realised there was only rock and dust up there, then I got annoyed with it when I came home from school and found they'd replaced Scooby Doo with Patrick Moore. But it was a historical event, and I was there to witness it in glorious black and white.
