"STAR" Over London all July 14 Years, 9 Months ago

See my other thread - I am quite late in seeing this - it has supposedly been parked over London nearly all month.

So why are we not hearing about this in the media ? and why is it not explained ?

This is surely the biggest thing to happen in the World in our lifetime ?

What is it >? It is like something out of DOCTOR WHO.

interestingly enough I saw this "star" the third week in June while looking out my hotel room in Earl's Court and commented on how weird it was that it was so very bright and alone in the sky. Didn't think that much of it ... but it certainly is a very interesting story.

Edit : I was wrong about the media not getting involved.

www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/ufos/article1381675.ece

This is an excellent video - same thing happened to me but we filmed it last night not the first time I was woken up.

I live in Edgeware as well I might add and I am running a "Star Party" tonight taking people from Camden to here to view the star. It is usually seen around 1.30 - 5.30 in the Morning. If we have a clear night then it should be visible. It seems that it is parked above us !!! Weird - and no one we speak to can sleep at those times......so the "plot" thickens.

It is beautiful to look at.

You know, I've spotted an unusually bright star in the sky here in Cardiff for about 3 weeks now.
I always seem to notice it at about 2am (when I'm often still up) and is usually still visible by 4am when I go to bed.
Last night, it had a kind of red tail to it.
I'm amazed the media hasn't picked up on it.

Reporting in at 2.10a.m here in North London and the star is bright and wonderful. Everyone here is enjoying the spectacle very much.

Very high in the sky tonight and very very bright - almost like the Christmas Cards we send.

I've been informed that Jupiter is very bright at the moment.

I have a video.

This is not a planet - planets often can be seen in the sky.

In addition last night when we went in for food we came out at 4.30p.m and as before the "Star" had moved West to East and was now sitting over East London. Planets move East to West and dont suddenly move back a few thousand miles. Very very very very strange and that part of it I dont have a clue about - only explanation is that there are TWO of these "Things" in the sky.

If you have seen this "bright light" in the sky you would know that it is not a planet or a conventional star. I do recommend you get over to North London if it is clear this week and try and see it. I think it will impress any of you.

I have a friend who is a former Astro Physics expert who worked at the North London observatory who is looking at the video footage on the net to see if he can tell what this is - and whether he can identify what it is made of....whether it is a rogue star or planet or something else.

There is no way that for 6 months this star has been appearing and yet there has been no identification. Even the Sun newspaper does not try to identify what it is......why ? That is weird.

Go to the links on YOU TUBE To see photos and videos of this star.

This is a good map of the SKY TONIGHT at 12 midnight

www.schoolsobservatory.org.uk/astro/esm/sky/dome24.shtml

Jupiter is low in the sky if you are looking towards the North as you can see at midnight.

The "LONDON STAR" is not on this Map. It sits above London high in the sky. There is nothing on this Map in that area. I am sure they got their map right as well! Generally speaking Planets orbit the Sun on a very predictable pattern - and our relationship to the stars is also fairly fixed - especially the ones we can see clearly.

I hope this map helps anyone who decides to look at the sky tonight at midnight or any other day this week.

To be fair, I was going to suggest either Jupiter or Venus.

I might have a look at some star maps too.

Can this "star" be seen anywhere in the UK outside of North London? If not then it suggests that it can't be very high as that would make it visible to everyone. No sign of it over NE England.

Re: 14 Years, 9 Months ago
The major difference is this : This star is 10 times brighter than anything else in the sky....it changes shape....it spins.....it moves around......and it does not correspond to any star map I can find at all.

Venus is often seen quite large in the sky especially at sunset and sunrise. It is easy to spot and also very nice to look at. Jupiter is not generally that bright but supposedly if you have a telescope you can sometimes see its 4 moons as well.

There is a similarity between Jupiter and the videos - there does seem to be a gas element to this particular star - and Jupiter is a gas planet - but equally the Sun is also a star with a gas.

Tonight it is cloudy - hopefully some more of you can see this later in the week. It can be seen from Edgeware - Mill Hill area : and that is the area mentioned in the SUN newspaper. Trains run all night on First Capital Direct. The WHO WORLD INFLUENZA CENTRE is based on Mill Hill Ridgeway !! which you can see from the trains and M1 motorway - and it is being featured alot on the news at the moment with its director Alan Hay ( ? )

I haven't seen this thing either. How big and bright is it if it can only be seen from certain places? I've seen a few blurry videos, but I wonder why someone with a decent telescope hasn't captured a clear image of it - like they do with the moon, mars, comets and other objects in space.

In the video STAR SIGN there are some amazing close up videos of this star. The link is in the other thread.
Not blurry at all - one TV station used their powerful cameras in Brazil to film it as well.

It can be seen elsewhere - it is just that I can only say that it seems to be above North London....no idea why.

We all see only part of the sky. It certainly exists and has been filmed reasonably. My videos of it are on a poor camera phone but you can see it changing colour and moving around and see how bright it is in relation to the rest of the sky. In fact my camera is so poor usually you cant even see the moon when I film with it.So that shows how bright it is. It is brighter than low flying planes with their lights on.

I will keep looking for it and posting each night when it is seen. Last night it was cloudy.

Have managed to spot most things at 10p.m
www.schoolsobservatory.org.uk/astro/esm/sky/dome22.shtml

It is a clear night. Trying to see if we can match Jupiter up with this star tonight based on Emma's suggestion yesterday.

At midnight we should have some idea as long as it remains clear.

Will report in tomorrow.

Re:"STAR" August Update 14 Years, 9 Months ago
The STAR controversy seems to be spreading.

In the USA Benjamin Creme is now doing radio interviews ( most recent Coast to Coast ) and has published a new video.

The Christian Right has now said they are going to wage war on the STAR and knock them out of the sky on the Sherry Shiner Radio Show. They believe Maitraya is the anti christ.

On Above Top Secret forums which are the UFO spotters' forums there are several heated debates about the stars.

The Latest State of Play

1. STAR is claimed by Share International. Benjamin Creme the prophet for MAITRAYA ( Teacher ) who he says is coming back soon. He now claims there are FOUR STARS like this and they are UFOs.

2. USA RIGHT WING CHRISTIANS claim Maitraya is the anti Christ and these stars are evil. They are now waging spirtual war against the stars which they say will turn yellow and crash to the ground.

3. CONSPIRACY THEORISTS believe Ben Creme works for the United Nations and the STARS are basically PROJECT BLUEBEAM which is an NWO project to project holographic images into the sky to gain more control over people.

4. DISBELIEVERS claim the STAR is Venus. Though its is popping up in the wrong hemispheres and in the wrong places - as is Jupiter which we have identified on here as the brightest star in the UK sky at the moment.

So has anyone seen THIS STAR ?

Remember : It is very very bright. It can move around - it has beams of light coming from it. It changes colour and shape. It can also change its position in the sky very quickly.

If you have seen this STAR then please post about your experience.

Finally we have the

6. UFOlogists. They claim there are many UFOs in the Earth's atmoshere who are now mimicking stars by sitting in the direct line of where stars should be. This is intentional and they say explains the mass of sightings of this particular star.

So why is the MAINSTREAM MEDIA been ignoring this since JULY when it appeared over London ? and all these reports all over the Internet including loads of video footage and photos as well.

People who have never been "into" the stars and ufos and stuff have suddenly spotted this "STAR" and become totally weirded out by its size - colour - brightness - and movement.

Still no answers to this......but as before anyone out there seen this recently ? or got any other theories ?

I have contacted a couple of friends in London. One in Islington and one in Muswell Hill. They have both kept an eye out for this star but neither have seen it. Nobody they've asked about it has seen it either.

Maybe it's only visible to a select few.

Maybe a limited supply of the right drug?

Honestly, if this was a big bright star up in orbit it would be visible to millions, as is the moon.

BR-you have given me a good excuse to email an old friend who is an astronomer at a New Zealand university.

Part of his work takes him to weird and wonderful places in the world to study the stars-like the Chilean mountains where apparently air-waves are still and it's easier to see whatever is up there.

I 'm going to ask him if there is any official story about your star.

Annoyingly-he doesn't agree with the idea of UFOs or life in outer space.

Dominic - it is clear in North West London from Camden up through Mill Hill to Edgeware.

I could not see it in inner London either partly because it is usually low in the sky and you cant even see the moon most nights in central london. I have two videos of the star - which are great to show people who "dont believe" - once they have seen them they start looking for this star I assure you.

Veritas - that would be awesome.

Finally - just go to Above Top Secret forums and read the threads which are on General Conspiracies and Aliens and UFOs. Go to Share International's You Tube Site. Go to SHERRY SHRINERS website to see what she says about this.

No one is disputing the existence of this STAR ( Stars - ufos ) just what it means and what it actually is.

It does seem to be in certain areas where it can be seen. North West and West of London in the UK. I have no idea why - or what it means. I really have not got a clue.

I would love an answer - so it is good to hear when people CANT SEE THE STAR as well as those who have spotted it.
