Today HARRIET HARMAN said that ALAN JOHNSON has to send GARY MCKINNON to the USA because he does not want to break the law.

But ALAN JOHNSON is BREAKING THE LAW EVERY DAY by ignoring the EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS ruling that says the UK CANT KEEP THE DNA of people who have been found innocent of crime or have never been charged.

Isnt it wonderful how TWO FACED labour can be - and how they lie to suit themselves.

This GOVERNMENT should be put on TRIAL after they are kicked out in the next election for these lies and cheating.

They are not fit to hold office of our country.

Gary Mckinnon should be tried in the UK - he should be punished in the UK for a crime he committed in the UK.
That is how it used to be.

In addition ALAN JOHNSON MUST REMOVE ALL DNA from the DATABASE to have any credibility.

Harriet's a distant cousin I've never met nor want to.

McKinnon as an Asperger's victim is in real trouble. He has no idea of the consequences of his actions. It's part of autism but possibly far more damaging as the person can appear to function normally in society.

But they lack any empathy with others in any way and are prone to major depression and suicide because they simply cannot understand why they may be under attack.

The man clearly needs medical help in a hospital and not a jail.

You are right-his Human Rights are being trashed.

Having listened to McKinnon's interviews he seems to be entirely aware of what he did and that it was illegal and of what the consquences might be. However, it's rubbish to say that the British government have no power to prevent his extradition. He is a British citizen living in Britain and no foreign power has the right to remove him if the British authorities refuse to permit it.

Why do we always submit to the USA? It's a safe bet that if roles were reversed the American government would intervene to protect one of it's own citizens.

And don't we have some policy against sending people to countries that have the death penalty, even if they were from that country in the first place? So why send a British citizen to one?

I shudder at the idea that Harriet Harman is currently in control of the UK government. She is awful.

speaking from personal experience I can tell you Emma that Asperger's sufferers can appear to be the most sensible and cleverest person in the room.

In fact-the more intelligent they are-the more dangerous they are-to themselves. The are called the "little professors"in the shrink industry. As it's only a recently discovered condition few people-especially politicians give it credence yet it's a really debilitating condition.

I've been going through hell for 5 months now with such a person. His credible actions and talk have had the police running in circles, the Fraud Squad-you name it. Now I've had lawyers sort out the matter and we have literally had to stop the police arresting him as a serial complaigner because I know he is a very sick guy.

Ask any doctor or shrink-McKinnon has no idea what he is doing but will sound like an expert. It's a very sad condition.

(And the Harman side of my family have always been the ones we don;t talk to !!)
