This already smacks of a cover up.

If this policeman is not charged with Murder then our Police really do run the system.

It is clear to see on CCTV and from the eye witness reports on TV. Plus the hamfisted attempts by the Police to cover it up at the time.

Now they have dragged out the investigation for several months in the hope that public anger will have died down.

Well if they dont charge the Policeman this time - then it proves totally that the POLICE have a licence to KILL anyone with no comeback.

Welcome to the POLICE STATE UK 2009.

This press release smells of cover up.

Seems like the complaints commission has finally sent a file to the CPS,I grew a beard waiting..literally lol...by waiting this long the public anger has cooled, and perhaps a disinformation campaign will be subtley launched?

Why don't we ask Jean Charles Menenzes (oh, we can't, can we - he's dead !)?
