BEBO : A Child Porn site ? 14 Years, 8 Months ago
www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1204914...lad-photos-Bebo.html

This article is totally ridiculous. An 11 year old girl on a public website posting "racey" photos in which presumably she was at least topless and advertising for sex.

Yet - no action is taken by the Police against the Website ( which should be closed down in my view).

The "POLICE" and "JUSTICE" System encourage these sites and this sort of behaviour - then when a 15 or 16 year old boy or older respond to the bait decide to put the full legal might of the system against them.

Supposedly according to comments on the story BEBO is full of pictures like this. Primary School pupils advertising their sexual prowess and posting photos. So SEXTING is just the tip of this iceberg.

What is the answer ? Society has turned every child over the age of about 8 years old into a sex consumer - and yet all New Labour does is forever try and pull that age younger.

I will repeat again what I believe is the case : The elite in this country are basically Child Abusers and this sort of thing plays into their hands. The Police and Political Masters and Company Masters are basically grooming via Sex Education in schools - and this type of BEBO attitude is the end result.

Whilst the Chavs run around burning down the houses of Paedraticians - their children are prostituting themselves on the NET. Until the UK people wake up and realise this we will continue to have HUNTLEY bogeymen and GLITTER type hoo hahs. These are the smokescreen for the "real abuse" which takes place.

If only the NSPCC was independent ( now it is funded by the elite and cant investigate abuse like in the old days - bet most of you did not know that ) They even took away the last independent bastion of Child Protection. All child protection is run by the Police now in conjunction with Social Services........and does not protect kids at all.

Trouble is the kids, like generations of kids before them want to experiment. The government wanting to look tough on sex crime has drafted a load of bad legislation to try to do this.

To be fair to the judge in this case he's used his discression to the best of his allowed ability. With another one we could have been looking at a lot of jail for what was an underage kid himself.

Children's pages on Bebo are automatically made private so that nobody can view them until approved by the child or the account holder. Bebo also has an age limit of 13. They cannot be held responible for someone gives a false age. We'd all complain if we were not given any privacy or shown any trust by websites to which we subscribe.

The judge calls her behaviour inappropriately adult, but children, even at junior schools, are more sexually aware than many adults due to soaps, tabloids, pop videos and playground chat. Many girls can appear older than they really are, and it's nothing new for them to exploit the fact.

Do try not to spread too much paranoia, BR. Society is in a bad enough state as it is. This was a couple of kids (he was 15 at the time) bending the rules and doing what comes naturally.

I agree with you Emma - so why did it end up in court ?

That is my point. The law is used to cover up more serious issues.

But even if profiles are private the law says no one under the age of 18 can be in a photo that is sexually provocative in any way ( so in underwear or racey poses etc ) This is now the law.

I believe the internet is being used by authorities to drum up fear and prejudice in the minds of citizens and parents and basically making the bogus claim that their children will be raped, murdered or God know's what.

This seems a pretty sensible court decision and note-the 2 actually met a social club so the internet was incidental but did help the boy's case.

Plus they did what comes naturally and what kids-teens have been doing for tens of thousand of years otherwise-there wouldn't be so many bloody people on the planet would there ?

This is again reflected in the Kyle Sandilands , 12 year old rape debacle in Oz ( Sandiland's returns to radio in 2 weeks minus about $5M in sponsorships-his new Rolls Phantom was quietly returned to the showroom last week)

Whilst the Oz Communications Minister has been banging on about child porn on the net-aided by 2 self appointed
"child protectors" who labelled anyone who opposed them as 'pedophiles"- a radio show for 2 years has been hooking up 14/15 year old boys and girls to a lie detector and grilling them about their sex lifes including masturbation habits.

There are 2 sides to this-Sandiland's audience is of a similar age group so it could easily be said that these listeners truly wanted to hear about the sex habits of their peers...which sounds pretty normal to me.

But society can't have it both ways-it cracks down on anyone it thinks even resembles what they believe is a 'pedophile' but calmly lets a show be broadcast which is clearly illegal under current child porn laws.

The fact the radio station is in a conglomerate owned by Rupert Murdoch is of course, entirely incidental.

But the repercussions are brewing as everyone blindly blunders on thinking they are innocent yet even I can see the train wreck around the corner.

As a friend of mine commented in his back page column today in a Sydney newspaper-he telephoned a business owned by Sandiland's relatives to get their reaction and was greeted with the reply " the girl's withdrawn her complaint and the bloody media is still attacking poor Kyle"

No-the girl is so traumatised by the whole event she has said she no longer wants the police to investigate her rape which did happen. The police are however looking elsewhere including at the producers of the show.

As usual-politicians when in an unholy alliance with the media and police tie themselves in knots. Hypocrisy is unbridled in all sorts of ways.

From hereon-I've labelled it the "Alfie Syndrome"
