Good for Daniel.

I saw a recent interview where he said he had been brought up around gay people with half his parent's friends being gay so he abhored anti-gay sentiments.

These statements and deeds are most important for young gays and lesbians who don't have the benefit of an understanding family.

The "Born Agains" are the fundementalist religious groups around the world that think Harry Potter is a series of books that promote devil worship and paganism. Christian Voice is one of the groups of this kind in England. Its membership includes George Hargreaves, an old mate of Simon Cowell and writer of the queer anthem "So Macho".

If you are referring to me !!! then I can say quite simply that GOD actually loves everyone. In the bible JESUS was quite clear about that. Therefore well done Daniel.

I think the only people who would be outraged would be a small number of extreme Right Wing fascists - and maybe a few fundamentalists in the USA.

Christians are called to be LIGHT and SALT. Not to destroy and to hate.

Good chap, that Mr Radcliffe. I thought the way he handled rumours over his own sexuality, saying it was "cool" that some people were suggesting he was gay. That's so much more of an adult reaction than rushing to lawyers or threatening libel. well done him.
