that's the second piece you have posted BR that shows the new technology can help ie: the CCTV footage-or lack of it and the Bebo site pics that saved another boy.

I like some of the comments "Probably best not to have sex with strangers in public toilets..."
I had a friend busted in a public toilet in Brighton at the height of the Spice Girls fame and the local paper ran his page on the front page as 'Cottage Spice'
