I watched as a local morning show in Sydney advertised all week and at times ran ads during popular evening programs..."have Jamie Bulger's killers moved to Australia...etc"promising revelations later in the week.

They must have ran the ad dozens of times when I didn't see it.

Lo & behold...the morning they revealed their 'revelations' -
a locally made cops drama fiction series that night that carried a similar story line..2 young boys kidnap a much younger kid who is murdered.

and the 'revelations' about Jamie's killers..just a ridiculous virus email that does the rounds every year that his killers had been re-located to Oz..a claim shot down years ago by both British & Oz immigration officials.,and the morning show's answer to the question they had asked all week was...errr "no!".

Jamie Bulger's mother and relatives are said to be highly distressed the young boys infamous kidnap CCTV image was used over and over again to advertise a fictional tv show.

The media really has reached new lows.
