INteresting that the Police cant say what he has been arrested for - and he has lost his job before any case has happened.

Unless justice is done properly how can parents and teachers and members of the public have any confidence. If people are removed from their jobs and then "badmouthed" by the Police spin machine without a trial then we are getting to the point where peoples' lives can be ruined by a combination of spin and inuendo.

I have no idea whether this bloke is guilty or not of anything. But surely until he has been put on trial and given a chance to give his side surely this type of reporting is predjudicial to him.

As usual it seems that there was no sign that this bloke was anything other than a great bloke.

Sad to say it seems the whole of the UK is looking at Child Porn - from Doctors to Teachers to Rock Guitarists.

I cant understand why this is happening ? If this offence is so bad - why do all these seemingly decent people look at it on the internet etc.

I cant believe anyone would want to be a teacher - where you can lose your job immediately on an allegation for the rest of your life. By coming into contact on a daily basis with Kids your chance of getting an allegation are hundreds or even thousands of times higher than an ordinary person. Kids know that they can get attention or compensation if they make an allegation. The Police hate teachers ( they were the low achievers at school ) and take any opportunity to smear teachers as perves. Remember 99% of all allegations are proved false against teachers.

For NEW LABOUR the agenda this week has been PAEDO this and TERROR that - because the Swine Flu has lost its shine as a fear factor as its has shown it is no worse than a bad cold for most people.

Teachers will also be the first to be hit by wage freezes and cuts in recruitment next year once the public services get slashed. Dreadful job and the adverts are frankly laughable on the TV !!

I reckon this is one of the easiest charges any person could face whilst surfing the net.

Whilst authorities always make the odd claim that even just "looking"perpetuates the crime..and I agree there has to be some sort of definition here..where does that leave some who in the course of prosecuting..police, jury , judges, IT experts and such , when they view the evidence ?. Are they perpetuating the crime as well ?. Or is the crime temporarily suspended ?

I've asked 2 politicians this and one policeman as well as legal academics..not one has been able to give an answer. And one campaigning journalist got quite angry with me which shows the level of hysteria surrounding the subject.

BR-you mention a "rock guitarist" and I'm not going to say the name but that was one of the most disgraceful set-ups. One day the truth will emerge.

Loads mention Labour initiative even UKIP and Liberals but the actual TORY Parliamentary party ( Cameron etc ) Is not mentioned ONCE. NOT ONCE. The BBC wants to sideline the TORIES in the hope that they can cut the 16% lead they have over their Masters.

The BBC news reporting is so biased these days it is totally lost any credibility it once had. It is like watching a Party Political Broadcast for Brown every day. Every fact is manipulated - every story is chosen to show labour in the best light possible - and only occasionally when a Labour MP breaks ranks do they even admit that most of the UK is totally opposed to nearly every Labour policy.

We live under a dictatorship who have control of the mass media and spy on us using 4 million cameras and several databases. We are all Terror or Paedo suspects until we can prove otherwise. " even taking a photo by a trainspotter " is now a terror offence.
