11 year old Rapes 9 year old

Another classic case of you can give,but not receive.
Basically you can't agree to consent in the eyes of the law,but you can be found guilty of doing it.

'A 12-year-old schoolboy has admitted a charge that he raped a nine-year-old boy.

The defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was 11 at the time of the attack in June.

The hearing, at Newcastle Crown Court, which was sitting as a youth court, was adjourned to allow reports to be prepared.

He was remanded in custody and will next appear before the court for sentencing on 23 October.'

Of course the age of consent issue doesn't come into it if the older boy forced the younger boy.

This is sexual bullying, no matter what the ages are. It cannot be justified under any circumstances.

This is of course a tragic case,if true.The simple fact of it is that the law is an ass,it contradicts itself,hence my pointing out you can be guilty of doing the act,but in law cannot consent.

I doubt if the true facts will ever come out about this case.They often get adult crimes wrong,so what chance of child crime hidden away from public scrutiny?

Of course there will now be other claims of further assaults now the press have got hold of it. If their were no compensation available this would never have come to court. A society that charges children with Rape is a society that is one step away from hanging pigs for heresy. Both these kids need help. This should have never been released to the press and any trial should be held in a childrens court away from the prying eyes of the redtops who at this moment are interviewing neighbours of this "evil" rapist child. This childs life is now ruined as well. Oh we a sick society nowadays.

are we really doing this to children these days...

of course kids need protection from bullies..I can't stand bullies and it is difficult to stand up to them but oh such a good feeling when you do..as I did when I was about 14 and decked the biggest kid in the school after months of taunting.

But we don't know the full story here and when sex comes into it -very complex things begin to happen...I certainly remember shyly being 'seduced' into certain 'games' at the same age by older lads..willingly,feeling full of guilt but loving the almost illicit nature of it all.

I might add I had a crush on the kid that bullied me as well..who knows..maybe the feeling was mutual and a fight was the only way of expressing it when we really should have got a room !



ps; as for being 'taken into custody' for theft..I had a pal who that happened to and he said each night was like an orgy with older kids knocking off younger ones all the time.
