In December last year the highest court in Europe ruled that it was illegal for the UK Government to keep DNA samples of UK Citizens if they had not been convicted of any crime. This is against their Human Rights and infringes every known law.

It is nearly a year since then. Yet GORDON BROWN has done nothing at all to order the destruction of innocent DNA samples.

Therefore GORDON BROWN should be arrested and charged with breaking EUROPEAN LAW.

The MET POLICE are not enforcing this important court ruling. They will of course arrest Gary Mckinnon and try and extradite him to the USA....without a court ruling - and they will arrest anyone who is the subject of just an allegation ( unless they are Police or New Labour ) but when it comes to a REAL CRIME that has been heard in a European Court then they dont take action.

Of course they will make an excuse on some obscure legal point why they dont need to arrest BROWN. But the facts are this : if it was anyone else they would be held to this ruling and arrested if they did not follow the court ruling.

So I want to see BROWN arrested for failing to impliment this law. He is now a CRIMINAL and he is openly breaking the law.

Nice idea JK - but these days you cant get near Number 10 and BROWN is rarely there.

However, I am hoping that some MP or other will take up this idea and demand that he is arrested.

The Daily Mail should link this to the Gary Mckinnon campaign that they are running.

BROWN should be arrested and stand trial in Brussels to explain why he has acted illegally. He has been given enough time to implement the ruling. He is still acting outside of the law.

It amazes me that there are TWO sets of laws in the UK. One set for BROWN and his followers - and another for the rest of us.

I am disappointed in CAMERON for not sorting this out.
The CONSERVATIVE minister who was arrested had his DNA destroyed IMMEDIATELY once he was not charged. How can that be fair when 1 million others are on this database having never been convicted of a crime and 1 million have never even been charged with any crime.

We now have a DNA database which holds the DNA of the NEW LABOUR opponents - and a new DATABASE to judge who is allowed to work ( based on hearsay - not evidence - which means New Labour can control who gets jobs in the future )

The PUBLIC are acting like stupid sheep in letting all of this happen whilst the media in general is posting silly stories every day diverting the attention.

Now for the bit I cant prove - I believe BROWN is being forced into these actions by an outside group or force. I cant believe that of himself he would be doing this - or REAL Labour. It does not add up - most Labour people I know are 100% against these things and against War. So WHY ? is this happening ?
