Not only is the new DATABASE policy stupid - it also is yet another way to TAX us all.

Every year 10 million people will be asked to renew their £64 permit to drive children in their car or help with the local school fete or church clubs.

They will dutifully hand over £64 each time.

This GOVERNMENT is a disgrace.

I believe that everyone should BOYCOTT this stupid unenforcable tax.

Are they going to start stopping all adults who are with children and ask them for their "papers" that prove that they are given the right to be with these children.

Remember EVEN THE NAZIS never went this far.
