the most bizarre statement by the judge...that he would have the ability to avoid media scrutiny !!

not only a completely bollocks concept in law.. proof that tabloids now dictate judical thinking.

My feeling is that a higher court challenge would overturn this. GG should fight this tooth and nail.

The court is basically saying he should remain in the UK for the entertainment of sleezy tabloid readers.

As for most Asian countries law systems..I love Asian people..the ordinary people ..but all Asian countries are utterley corrupt.

Cambodia rates with Thailand and Vietnam as the worst. A UK business friend in Thailand recently got sick to death of an ex-pats constant jibes at him on internet boards about his business.

His German partner offered to have the offender permanently removed by 2 chaps on a motor-bike with one bullet..for 3000 bhat about £55.

"but I just want him slapped about a bit" he protested.

I'd never trust the decision of an Asian court.I have a friend who has been on "day leave"from a Bali jail for 4 years now. At $50 a day to a local official he hasn't spent a day inside of his 5 year sentence on a drug charge.

This is a TEST CASE for when they do this for EVERYONE.

They need to do it with a high profile SUN PANTO villain to keep the Chavs happy - but also to keep the likes of us from complaining too much.

Eventually this will be rolled out for ASBOs and even allegations.

I know that some of you may laugh - but TEN years ago if I had said that someone could be convicted in a foreign country without a proper court system - and then banned from having holidays by the Police......

The NWO is coming - they are in charge of the MET POLICE. The MET - SUSSEX - MANCHESTER - SOME OF WEST MERCIA : There are the NWO stronghold Police Services and where ACPO has the most influence. This is where the NWO is building its power base.

The recent RAPES by POLICE on duty conform to this - the POLICE are NWO - the NWO person is stereotypically a Child Abuser and Rapist - in fact they believe in ritual sacrifice at the top level. Therefore it is noticable as the NWO gets more in control of the POLICE the complaints go up from the PUBLIC and we see more POLICE in court over rape etc.

There is a long way to go until the NWO are totally in control - but we need to fight them NOW and say NO to their crazy schemes.

In fact, the outcome of the next election is so obvious I'm surprised that the result will not be announced in advance of the actual voting!
