I agree with him completely on that.

I don't agree with him on his hollocaust denial belief or his "no gays in Iran" claim ( especially as they are so brutal towards them and some women).

And I still believe he has been mis-quoted on the "Israel should be wiped from the Earth" quote which was actually "Zionism etc etc"

Just more racism..western leaders say all sorts of complicated and hypocritical things and aren't then all wrapped up into one package because of it..foreign leaders get condemned on one statement.

Agreed, Veritas - but let's not be too harsh - it's not that long ago that gays could be imprisonedfor LIFE here in the UK ! And Blacks in the USAgot somerights even more recently than that.

These countries need to be encouraged todevelop, not threatened.

It was a wonderful speech and about justice.

I wonder if he reads this forum - because many of his ideas could have been lifted from here.

Needless to say - if you take a trip around the internet this morning - the PEOPLE of the UK and USA are singing the man's praises.

It is crazy that we actually agree with the PM of IRAN and our own Prime Minister is actually out of touch and a warmonger.

This could be the start of a Revolution in my view. The west has corrupted the words of Jesus and the Old Testament - much like the terrorists. It is time for common sense to prevail.

Iran are not going to nuke another country near them that has loads of nukes. That is the end of their country. Suicide Bombers make a personal choice - a state is not like that. In any case why would they do that when the Palestinians live in that area.....

The USA wants to take over the Middle East. I feel for everyone who lives over there - they must live in genuine fear.

It is quite a long time since the UK executed gays though.

There is no hope that Iran will develop as long as it remains an Islamic Republic stuck in the 7th century. Persia had a far more enlightened society hundreds of years ago before it was destroyed by Islam. I feel very sorry for Iranian people, many of whom detest their regime. They deserve better, but I do agree that the change has to come from within. Yet another illegal invasion by America is the last thing anyone needs, and it does look like things could be heading that way. Very worrying.
