On top of O NEILS last week and 89 Blacks and Milletts stores this week.

Factory output has shrunk for the last two months running after a small rise caused by cost cutting.

The recovery is getting deeper every day.

Literally 300 stores have closed on High Streets in the last 10 days alone.

Bay Trading are also closing all their stores next week.

It is carnage out there.

BROWN makes silly speeches about recovery - whilst flying pigs dance above his head.

I was in the middle of listening to Christmas Countdown by Frank Kelly - and it was hard to type amidst the laughter with any meaningful structure.

We don't have any of those stores where I live. The only one I've heard of is Millets.

We only have one empty store and that's the old Woolies, but Wilkinsons are moving into that before Christmas.
