BBC : Thatcher v Du Beke 14 Years, 7 Months ago
news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8290733.stm

Can anyone explain why Carol Thatcher was sacked by the ONE SHOW for using the word Golliwog off screen - yet this bloke has called his indian partner a PAKI and yet is still on TV ?

Could it be that Carol Thatcher was very popular with viewers and Gordon Brown ( New Labour ) insisted that she was removed from the BBC in election year ( this is my view )

I think we now have the proof.

The BBC current affairs and political programmes are so packed with New Labour Activists it is quite frankly hilarious to see them trying to put a positive spin on the BROWN government. Even funnier is their attempt to discredit the TORY opposition - treating them as if they are in Government most of the time.

Today we have had the HAGUE speech totally ignored by the BBC ( and it was BRILLIANT ) because they want to talk about the LISBON TREATY ( not on the agenda at all at the TORY conference - but high on the BBC agenda )

Cant wait to see them ALL lose their jobs when the election happens.

The difference is, Anton Du Beke formally apologised to the world, whereas Carol Thatcher refused to. Mind you, although it was a pretty stupid and offensive thing to say to someone, it happened 2 weeks ago, he apologised to her at the time, she accepted the apology and everything was okay.
