The new Arab owner of Portsmouth, Ali Al Faraj, has furthered Arab/Israeli relations a little way by appointing Avram Grant, an Israeli, as the Director Of Football at Portsmouth. This is the Avram Grant that worked very well with Harry Redknapp who is NOT leaving Spurs to come back to Pompey.Guess Redknapp could be back by the time Pompey play Spurs on October 17th. Good outside bet at 50/1 on Redknapp returning and Grant is about 5/2 to become manager of Pompey in January.

If Harry is still Spurs manager when they play Pompey the Fratton Park faithful are preparing a song for him.
