Man treated for bloody nose at Tate Modern 14 Years, 6 Months ago
after walking into a wall in the pitch black exhibit.

Why do I think this story sums up the state of our species?

There was an excellent 'exhibition' staged in a Budapest museum a few years back.

From what I remember they recreated everyday surroundings (home, office, street etc) and blacked it out.

It was an attempt to show what it must feel like for someone who suddenly loses their sight.

It was very good and thought-provoking.

And no-one got hurt.
