Nearly a year since the Government was ruled against about their retention of DNA from INNOCENT people.
Looks as if they may give up the fight to criminalise millions of innocent people.
This has been a shocking episode in our countries history - and the sooner all this DNA record is destroyed the better.
Only issue for me is that there is stil no DATE by which it must be destroyed - so it could be a case of Government wriggling again......
COME ON ALAN JOHNSON do the decent thing and keep the law not break it.
