Truly shocking incident where the Police send riot vans and gas a family bar b q.

This is the sort of intimidation that is going on in the UK. This family probably votes CONSERVATIVE or had upset the local POLICE in some way.

The telling point was the COURT on the Monday. The "accused" was let off because there was no evidence of any crime.

The POLICE should all be sacked for GROSS MISCONDUCT in a PUBLIC OFFICE. This is truly shocking that innocent people in the UK cant go about their business without being raided by the RIOT SQUAD.

CS Gassing a 10 year old girl is going a bit far as well.

This reminds me of the GREAT FOREGATE STREET GASSING a few years ago when the WEST MERCIA POLICE gassed loads of families on FOREGATE ST STATION in Worcester and locked all the doors - loads of children ended up in hospital due to the CS gas. It was reported locally but hushed up by the Police.

These incidents are more common than you think.

I have only once had to make a complaint to the IPCC but found it to be a waste of time. The letter I received from them said that they could not begin an investigation unless the force in question agreed to it. I was amazed. The matter wasn't anywhere as serious as this incident and so I didn't pursue it further.

Even if this report is exaggerated somewhat, there is still no excuse for such over the top behaviour by the police. 35 officers? Sealing off roads? Spaying CS gas into the face of a 10yr old? And all without any evidence so that the charges are dropped anyway!

I would say none of these officers are fit for duty. Whoever gave the order should face criminal charges and all the others should be sacked.
