I know many friends keep up to speed with my life and those of my friends by visiting this board - you wouldn't believe how many private e-mails I've had about Michael Summerton - so they may be sad to hear that Shurley Selwood, John Peel's longtime manager and wife of my loyal friend and ex Head of UK Records, Clive, died suddenly last Sunday.
