Just had some more disclosure evidence,much of it helpful to my defence.She's made rape allegations before,and refused to back it up.
However the most amusing part is the CPS has mentioned they will ask the judge to increase the time range between when the alleged incidents took place.They intend now to make it start not the end of 1998,but the end of 1997.My ex partner has stated we first met in February 1998.Does this show anything interesting?

Several of my false accusers were clearly several years older than they claimed when - and if - they met me. We got dozens of claims thrown out in legal argument. Your solicitor, if competent, may be able to get the entire case dismissed pre trial.

Last time spoke to my solicitor he thought it would go to the wire,but we can but hope.
Got a meeting with the barrister next tuesday,then the trial on the 24th Nov.

Well I think we all agree with David here IA - we trust you are innocent as you say but we don't know the details and we only hear one side; so we advise you as if you were innocent, hope you are and wish you luck.

But there are guilty people and many can be glib and persuasive.

So David's slight caution is not only sensible but correct.

Agree entirely, although by the long standing letter of traditional British Law IA has not been on trial yet and so is officially innocent. I know that doesn't work in practice, but I agree with the principle.
