Cases of false allegations, true abuse claims and (I'm certain the vast majority) inflated or exaggerated versions of events have extraordinary consequences.

I've become a great believer in karma. I think it all comes around eventually.

Even innocent intentions can have dramatic ramifications.

How can abuse claims be inflated? It's either abuse or it isn't.

Let's assume that Jordan was, indeed, seduced by Michael. And let us assume he wanted some kind of experience. At 14, that's illegal. It's legally abuse. But morally, if he wanted it and agreed to it, saying he didn't (if prompted by others) would make him feel guilt, especially if he never said it was consensual. And even if he did, the consequences must have chilled him to his soul and made him feel dreadful. That's an area never considered by the moral, social or legal people.

The damage done by persuading human beings to betray a trust.

So the obviously legally correct behaviour (and even, in many cases, morally correct if the victims were too young to be able to see the consequences) can still affect the person. And can have extraordinary ramifications for the well intentioned persuaders (even more so if there was an element of bad intention such as "let's profit from this").

It is far from black and white, as someone once sang.

We don't know why Chandler Senior killed himself. But I'll bet his role in the destruction of another human being played a part.

Karma. Go down one road and you may find it leads to places you never dreamed of in your worst nightmares.

I think that when someone "destroys" the life of others then they are batting on a very sticky wicket..........

Who knows what the man's reasons were for suicide - but it seems connected to the death of Jackson coming so soon after his death.

People seem to chase the "god of money" all their lives going to extreme lengths to get their grubby mits on the dollar - then when they hit their 60s perhaps they suddenly get enlightened and realise what chumps they have been all their life. Espcially when the dollar is made by treading all over someone else and hurting them really badly.
