The POLICE can now BAN you from your home if they suspect you of domestic abuse !!!

You dont even need to be charged to be banned from your own home......

This is a crazy development and open to all sorts of abuse. No burden of proof at all - and is DYNAMITE in the hands of any corrupt police ( we all know that there are very few corrupt police !!! )

Add to that the 6 year keeping of DNA and you have a CRIME BILL which is totally unfair on people who have NOT COMMITTED ANY CRIME.

In other words "WE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A CRIMINAL EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE NO EVIDENCE THAT YOU ARE A CRIMINAL"

This is an attack on the FREEDOM of every single one of us. I know some people think I am a broken record on this - but until people wake up and start to fight this ( together ) I write letters and lobby I might add..... we will LOSE OUR FREEDOM to ACPO who want to RULE our lives for the NWO.

We are all GUILTY in the eyes of ACPO and should be treated as criminals.

and don't forget..you can get busted for feeding the ducks !

Have to agree this is just a green light for a woman to get rid of a man she doesn't want by telling lies to the police.

Mike - it works every way. Anyone ( children - relatives etc ) can now make an allegation and find that the Police dont need any evidence at all.

It really is a THUGS CHARTER to stitch up others. You can almost hear the cheering on the CHAV estates of the UK as the rogue elements of society know they have another silly law with which they need no proof to hit the innocent with.

The Secret Family Courts act in secret with no burden of proof - to take children away. Now we will see people banned from their own homes without any need for proof.

What is happening to this once decent country of ours ?

If our MPs vote this through we are one step away from a TOTAL police state.

The present situation reminds me of a scene in a war time film I once saw, where a group of secret police stormed into a railway carriage in Germany and grabbed one of the male passengers:

POLICEMAN: "You're under arrest!"

MAN: "What for?"

POLICEMAN: "For listening to the BBC."

MAN: "Yes, but only the Children's Hour!"

I hope things never get that bad in this country.
