Trial Delayed till June 14 Years, 5 Months ago
Last Friday was in court,rush job.Seems my false accuser is 6 month pregnant,and has a doctor's note until next June.Trial now 14 th June 2010. Pointless.... Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

Totally ridiculous. 6 months pregnant is surely no reason to delay this ? I am sure if you were 6 months pregnant that it would not work the other way.

More money for all involved in the case. KERCHING. Welcome to UK Justice System. It seems the longer it all goes on and the more hearings the better - each one adds to the CASH TOTALISER !!!

Thanks BR,and do agree with your points.However she did have a doctor's note,and I believe there are complications. Still as you said would my medical problems have been enough to delay the trial?
