JK for me Buddhism is a religion- I chant every day. And I respect Christians and Muslims who pray every day too.

That's not just philosophy, it's faith.

But I get where you're coming from.

I'm a Christian but I'm not particularly religious in that I don't regularly attend a church or follow any special order of service. My Christianity is about belief and faith.

I am a Christian and like Emma I find "organised" churches are usually social clubs these days with little to separate them from non religious social clubs. Most churches etc are always asking for money as well !!! and ignore most of the teachings of Jesus ( which can be a problem if you call yourself a Christ follower ! )

In this case I believe the POLICE were motivated against CHRISTIANS. Courts generally are reasonable places when they are not tied up in silly legal jargon. Many Magistrates live in the real world and have common sense.

The case was dismissed because it became quite clear from witnesses that the ALLEGER was making a FALSE ALLEGATION against this couple. A cynical attempt to ruin their business ( and it may well have worked - they have lost 80% of their custom )

Finally - the couple accused have ADOPTED a MUSLIM child !! which for me shows a ) their humanity and beliefs and b) shows that they care about people from ALL religions as Jesus commands his followers to do.

The bible is quite clear that Christians should love EVERYONE including people who are their enemies etc. The Parable of the Good Samaritan is a WAKE UP call to all Christians who dont do this.

Dont confuse bad Christians for the reality of the amazing message of love and peace that Jesus brought to this planet.
