Just when you thought NEW LABOUR's crazy vetting plan ( To make money for their friends and to tax us all ) could not get any sillier they now make a NEW RULE.

If you work ONCE A MONTH you dont need it - but if you work ONCE A WEEK you do need it. It also needs to be the same group of kids.

So let me explain how this changes NOTHING.

PARENT A ; Works twice a month with the same children. He is now NOT covered by the advice. So does he need to be checked or not.

PARENT B : Can only work occasionally but that is sometimes 5 days in one week. Do they need a check - under these new rules the answer is no but a parent who works each week ( 4 times a month- less days ) needs one.

PARENT C : Works with a different group each week. According to this advice they could work 28 days a month but if each day is with a different group or even a different school ( say they have 5 children at 5 different schools - not impossible these days with divorced families ) yet they wont be checked.

The whole policy is FLAWED in its conception. Either EVERYONE in the UK needs a CRB check ( Police State ) and an ID Card to prove their innocence so that they can go about their business or this system will never work.

The ultimate aim is a POLICE STATE with everyone under surveillance and carrying an ID Card which will hold this sort of information about them.

What a BALLS up.

The UK must BOYCOTT the CRB Enhanced and this LICENCE unless you are a full time or part time PAID worker with children like it was envisaged to be when started.

Give NEW LABOUR an inch and they will take a mile.
