A Tale of how the POLICE react to crime ! 14 Years, 3 Months ago
www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/article-...hild-porn-charges.do

Compare the POLICE reaction to this allegation ;

1. The person is suspended from job before any investigation

2. The person is charged almost instantly and appears in court

3. No mention made of the age of the victim or the seriousness of the charge ( levels )

Lets compare this to the POLICE THUG who murdered IAN TOMLINSON caught on camera and proved by a Post Mortem.

1 . The person is not suspended from their job and the Police make excuses and lie and try and pay off a false post mortem.

2. The person is not interviewed and has never been charged with murder

3. The issue is off the media and probably will never go to court and yet the public and family of the dead man KNOW he was murdered and have all the evidence needed in the public domain to prove that beyond any doubt. To have a video of the murder is rare indeed in policing terms.

So what does this tell us about the POLICE and how they implement the law in the UK ?

It is very worrying that they jump immediately when it is a Child Porn ( probably someone over 16 I might add - using the new anti teacher unfair New Labour law ) and when it is a member of a teaching profession. Yet when THEY murder someone they drag their feet for months and months and months and wring their hands and do nothing.

How can anyone have any confidence in this organisation when they are so corrupt ?

and I bet when the TRUTH comes out about this teacher it will only be that he was having an affair with a sixth former at his school - totally unprofessional but having an affair with a 17 or 18 year old is not child abuse or child porn. It should be a sackable offence but not a criminal offence.

If we say that Teachers are in a position of trust and cant have sex with anyone between 16 and 18 - then that should mean EVERYONE WHO HAS A CRB check is also considered as a person in a position of trust with children and therefore should have the 18 year old rule applied to them as well.

It's impossible to make any real judgement before all the facts are know.

Very true - except this guy has his name and photo appear in a London wide newspaper as 'another paedophile caught' and yet as BR says, he has been arrested for 'abuse of trust' which almost certainly means he has been having an affair with a pupil over 16. Equally likely is that the 4 indecent pictures were of the 'child' over 16 who he (one presumes) was having an illicit relationship with.

No wonder there are ever fewer men willing to enter the teaching proffession...or even simply go within a 50 mile radius of a person under 18 - with the result being a diseased society that produces 10 year old sadistic sexual torturers, as we've been reading about today.
