I think you might be right. With normal experimentation between kids now being seen as 'rape' you would probably have to get a license to have a screw.

Real sex is not like tabloid sex.

Tabloid sex is crazy - kinky - such as David Mellor liking his women wearing Chelsea kit ( oh yes !!! ) it is "fantasy" sex.

Most false allegations create "fantasy sex" because that is what people have read in the papers and therefore that is how they want their "story" to be perceived.

In addition they are more likely to get attention if their story is great fantasy.

That is why CELEBS are the obvious target for these sorts of bunny boilers : they want their 15 minutes of fame and they will even go to these extremes to get it.

Must be hard for celebs. Every major football player ( and club ) has been the target of Bunny Boilers ( Ronaldo - Van Persie - Man Utd squad )

The Police are so thick ( to be polite ) they cant actually see through fantasy. I expect they believe every word that is printed in the SUN newspaper. The Bunny Boilers have an open goal to kick at these days.

America has the highest age of consent in the world (18) - it also has the highest teen pregnancy rate in the world - by far. The United Kingdom has the highest age of consent in Europe (16, effectively 18), it also has the highest teen pregnancy rate in Europe - by far.

Japan has the lowest age of consent in the industrialised world (13), it also has the lowest teen pregnancy rate in the industrialised world, by far. Spain has the lowest age of consent in Europe (13), it also has the second lowest teen birth rate in Europe (FIVE TIMES LOWER THAN THE UK).

Now if you were thinking about this rationally and looking at the evidence BR...

Personally, I think we should set the age of consent LOWER (i.e. 12 or 13) but make it a criminal offence to impregnate a girl younger than 18 (at least by a man over 18). In fact if we REALLY wanted to cut teen pregnancy rates we would ENCOURAGE older men in their twenties and even thirties to have relationships with teenage girls (as is 'normal' in pre-industrial societies) - men mature enough to know what a condom is etc.

not too sure about 'encouraging' older men Blaclit !!....but I reckon nature will always takes it's course and now we are trying to control people's natural instincts by law which is doomed for failure.

The Netherlands had the best laws fro decades- now watered down probably via pressure from outside.

A case of underage sex (with an older) was seen in a holisitic way...was there cohersion, threats or was it entirely a genunie relationship and then penalty (if any !) was given.

If a pair..say a 14 year old and a 30 year old could demonstrate they had been genuinley attracted to each other the case would be dismissed.

And that's in a country that despite Amsterdam is extremely conservative elsewhere..but they always had practical outlooks on dealing with human foibles.

Sometimes I believe BR is correct with a New World Order that seems to be battering every country..certainy the West into a rigid style of thought, which in the end means control over them.

Problem here is it's 'one law' for all.It takes no notice of the person's character,or ability to cope with a sexual relationship.

I would say that theree is already the rumblings of a 'backlash',society is not stupid,and will throw out those who push it too far.
