Know exactly how true it is.

Problem is if he's innocent she must be guilty.....but will never be punished, because the police & government encourage these lies....and they will never admit to being wrong!

I blame the POLICE for starting a case with no evidence - they have too much time on their hands and this is a symptom of the corruption at the heart of the organisation.

Until the Police are made accountable for their actions then they will continue to carry out these crazy arrests and cases.

I think with any case when the Sentence is over 5 years max ( All sexual crimes ) the Police shold be docked a week's wages if they take a case to court and then the jury does not agree with them. This would act as a deterrent for the Police because they would only clamp down on cases where there was proper evidence with a 90% chance of getting the right verdict. This would mean out of every 10 cases they prosecuted they would only stand 1 chance of being docked a week's pay.

95% of sex cases that go to court get turned over by a judge and jury. This is because the POLICE do the cases in order to win bonuses for themselves and they seem to be able to sneak these things through without any evidence - a victim allegation is enough as long as the person can be proved to know the victim ( sadly if you answer questions in an interview even if you DONT KNOW the victim the POLICE will say you DO KNOW them........I think JK was a victim of this ? - it is a very subtle trick that the POLICE do )

I think it is time for TEACHERS - CARERS - THOSE WORKING WITH CHILDREN get some advice about how to answer allegations - how to deal with the POLICE and what the POLICE are really doing when they try to prosecute.

Here are my top 10 tips for dealing with the POLICE about anything - they have no real power - statute does not give them the powers except to arrest.

1. Always be polite to the Police. Smile - offer them coffee - be businesslike because they are doing their jobs. Follow this rule so they have no reason to do anything nasty to you ( sadly some will physically hurt you if you dont do this - if you are from a racial group this is quite likely )

2. Follow their instructions and ask for paperwork or evidence for why they are stopping you / arresting you.

3. If taken into a POLICE STATION co-operate but dont discuss ANYTHING to do with what they are alleging against you. Basically smile and be business like even if you are shocked and upset. If you get upset then they will TAKE ADVANTAGE of you.

4. You will be offered a solicitor. You can choose the duty solicitor of course if you have not got a solicitor yourself. I would say to EVERY person who now works with children - look for the LAWYERS in the UK who specialise in allegations by children or adults ( carers ) and get their emergency number and put it in your wallet. This protects you because you get SPECIALISED help. If they specialise in taking the POLICE to court then even better !!! The POLICE may realise you cant be messed with.

5. Dont answer any questions in an interview if you are innocent. If you are innocent they will have no evidence against you. Therefore, saying no comment to every question is the way to answer. If you answer then they will TWIST that to prove you a ) Know the person and b) By answering questions then there is a case to answer. This is VITALLY IMPORTANT - and sadly the lawyer who is there with you MAY want business and tell you to "answer honestly" and that basically means that you will be charged - even if innocent. This is the most important thing.
If you say no comment and it goes to court - then you stil will have no comment because the allegations are untrue. Unless you are lying and you are guilty saying NO COMMENT will not effect you at all. It is not an admission of guilt - it is an admission of innocence.

6. If they bail you - then ask your lawyers to get the evidence on which they are asking you back for bail in advance of your second appearance. They need to produce EVIDENCE in order to re-arrest you ( e.g Bail return ) - otherwise they often will go fishing and keep re-bailing you when they have no evidence. The idea is that they will do this until they can co-erce you into saying something. The old adage - Charge Me or let me go should be used at this point because if they cant charge you they have to let you go. They are the POLICE - they are not the CPS or JUDGE or JURY.

7. Beware the POLICE that say " it is up to the CPS " - we cant do anything until the CPS decide etc. This is used as a cover - the CPS are based in the building and BEFORE you are even arrested will have told the OIC the evidence that he/she needs to charge. The POLICE are not that thick - they will be out fishing and putting pressure on you.

8. Finally - you have been brainwashed into thinking that the Police investigate BOTH side of the story - in fact they tell you that they want YOUR SIDE. You think that this will help. Well ask anyone on here ( JK or Innocent Accused ) I bet they told their side and how they were innocent.......well when you have told the POLICE that - they actually know how to GET AROUND YOUR defence !! and they will be able to fit you up and even re-interview the alleger so that they can fit her story around yours.....changing dates -places to match you defence !! Seriously this will happen.

So SMILE - SAY NOTHING - GET A GOOD LAWYER. If you have nothing to hide - you have nothing to fear and if you are innocent it is the POLICE job to find evidence against you. If you are innocent then that cant happen.
