Binyam wins appeal; Government loses 14 Years, 2 Months ago
With the Government constantly breaking the law, according to the judges, we are nearing anarchy in this country.

When the people MAKING the law break it, we are in serious trouble.

The law is broken in the UK. Most people now ignore it and choose the laws which they want to observe. With over 4,000 new laws brought in by NEW LABOUR - even the Police dont know what is legal and what is illegal. We are drowning in legislation whilst NEW LABOUR use this FOG in which to operate outside of the law and when caught put two fingers up.

What a total mess.

If only CAMERON would be stronger and actually promise some action to repeal nearly all the law made in the last few years - and to simplify each area of the statute books so that the current mess became clear to both public and judiciary.

Thanks goodness the courts are not allowing the Government to gag the facts.

I would like to see CAMERON release all the information about NEW LABOUR when he gets into power and then if necessary take the offenders to court.

Did anyone else notice the way in which Milliband actually tried to claim this as a victory - instead of a Gov defeat?

The Courts are not the puppets of the Government these days ... despite the Government lawyers attempt to interfere with the Judgement and "tone down" the criticism.

Sub-contracting torture is now, apparently, Labour policy.
