This is truly shocking and a bad sign coming on top of the worst retail figures for 20 years in January.

This is WORSE than last January which was really bad.

If there was not election spin from New Labour - we would be seeing people jumping off buildings now !

The situation is bad and getting worse - looks like BROWN's plan to SAVE THE WORLD has failed miserably and just put off the inevitable.

He should have kept out of things and not bailed out. At least then he could have used the money to BUILD businesses up and projects - rather than throwing the money into a black hole of debt.
