No news week for the media...so let's terrify the huddled masses by claiming that the internet will turn young Brian (for want of a better name) into a serial sex monster.

That's not good enough...what evidence? I want hard evidence please or some might argue this is another Home Office report beginning with the line 'once Upon A time in cloud cuckoo land....'Follow these recommendations and we'll all live happy ever after and sex will be a thing of the past.

What utter nonsense. Perhaps the sixties was some dream and young girls and women did not decide to shed their clothes, burned their bras and unclamp themselves from the kitchen stove.

The Home Office must be a veritable den of dimwits if they cannot draw the conclusion that people have sex regardless of what they see or hear. It's called Mother Nature..the birds and the bees...it is why we are all here. They've been having sex long before the internet, TV, the movies was invented.

Another step toward this government's long term plans to take over the internet, banish children to the rear of 4x4s permanently, and brainwash the populace ino believing that sex is some dreadful scourge invented by a nasty man in a raincoat.

I've finally made my mind up...I'm emigrating.

On Radio 4 this morning there was a very sensible professor who said that children are behaving the way children always have, and that the real problem is with how modern adults are interpreting the way children act. When a child touches another child it is different to how an adult might touch another adult, but many adults fail to acknowledge that difference. Children have always been fascinated by images of sex, and they usually giggle about it, but it's partly how they learn. What is more damaging to children is that we are now judge children by adult standards. This results in ridiculous situations such as a three year old being suspended from nursery school for sexual harassment.

He talked quite a bit of sense.

Through various forms of media kids are far more exposed than any other time to images of perfect air brushed models. This has been proven to cause negative behaviour and I applaud this lady for speaking out. This was one aspect that FC failed to mention.

Bowlocks I'm afraid. I had pin ups of gorgeous young men adorning my walls as a very young man, and I bet most of them had been altered in some way. I had to take them down when family arrived which proved very exasperating. I was once found spreadeagled on a bedspread awaiting execution from angered onlookers.

Now look..what are they saying? That pin ups are some new evil?

In the 1950s, the establishment blamed comic books for society being bad; in the 1980s they blamed videos; in the 1990s and 2000s they blamed the internet. Now it is time for the likes of Nuts to be blamed for the demise of society. When will government finally blame itself for societies problems?
