Does the panel believe that someone who batters to death a 10 year old boy "because he's going to abduct and murder a toddler" would be hailed as a saviour and folk hero in the new Jerusalem which Great Britain has now officially become? Or is justice best served waiting for the 10 year old to commit the crime? I'd welcome your views because, quite frankly, I'm becoming confused as to exactly what "justice" is these days.
