...and how many more cases like this will we see? Thanks for that JK...I doubt the story will get a lot of media attention. Can't even find it on the BBC news site. But of course it should be the main headline.

I always thought the famed british (note - SMALL "b") system of justice was "innocent until proved guilty". Here she was "Proved guilty" by the CPS before she was taken to court !!! Why should her career be destroyed now that everyone knows she was innocent. Why worry about the cost of the proceedings ? How much should HER compensation be ? And her reinstalment into her profession ? Where is the JUSTICE in this part of the system ?!

Such cases have occasionally been popping up in the media during the past several years, and they will probably continue to do so without anyone learning the lessons or doing anything to change the system. The accused will always be guilty until proven otherwise.
