Internet and mobiles down all over London 14 Years, 1 Month ago

I'm in Yorkshire but on a very slow broadband connection here...1 meg I believe. We don't want to lose you JK...is your landline OK? Hope nothing big is about to happen and they haven't told us for fear of panic. It's a very odd pre-Easter gloomy Wednesday. Beware the ides of March. April 1st tomorrow and I'm hoping that tomorrow lunchtime Brown announces that Blair's resurrection was just a very bad practical joke.

I've noticed that internet cafes are disappearing in Oz at an alarming rate. I have to use them often while waiting for a new fast connection rate we have been promised.
It seems the great backpacker boom may be ending..the largest tourist group of all. Another case as one aspect affects so many others..it should mean air-fares go down as they viw for more business but insetad they seem to be going up on the popular routes.
