On 25th April (a week on sunday). 26.2 miles, 30'000+ runners and over 1 million spectators.

Has anyone here run the race before?, if so any tips or hints on how to last the distance.

I have been training for the last 4 months, running around Cranleigh and Ewhurst and have completed 20 miles in a single training run.
