it's now more than likely that Britain will have a hung parliament which is disappointing for the nation.
One or two things have been made very clear.
The only main party which has been calling for electoral reform has been soundly rejected by the voters.
If claims on the BBC are true then the Conservatives have won the popular vote which means that under PR they would still be the winners. If Nick Clegg is true to his word regarding the party with the most popular vote being the only one with a moral mandate to govern then he must talk to David Cameron before Gordon Brown.
It's also clear that Gordon Brown is determined to cling to power regardless, so the next few days will be interesting.
