I went to a Police Station last night ( one of the biggest in the UK ) and there was no one on the front desk for 15 minutes !!! Incredible waste of money. They were obviously doing what you said....the Q was out of the doors into the Car Park of people waiting. Lazy b's/

Get burgled and your worldly goods stolen? Wait 2 days for anyone to come out and fingerprint your broken window frame... (having to wait with a broken and insecure window as you dare not touch anything!)

But if you are accused by some compensation-seeking ´victim´ of a sexual offence... alleged to have happened years ago, with no other witnesses, then suddenly the Police can find limitless time, resources and manpower to break down your door and search your home..

They can find hours and even DAYS to interview you demanding to know every microscopic detail of your previous life.

They have all the time in the world to interview every person you have ever known, in the hope of getting the ´evidence´ they would like to find.

Sorry no, I would not pay them in washers!
