You could not make this up. One of the funniest "Police Waste resources" stories so far ( Out of so many ).

The silliest thing is that despite being convicted he can still use the disability scooter to go to the pub and back !!

The LAW is an ASS !

Some of the people who use those mobility scooters scare the bejaysus out of me. They drive straight at you. Or, at least, me.

If you ever go to Eastbourne you need to be careful - it is like the "Wacky Races" down there at weekends !

There should be disability lanes in some towns. When I get old I will have one !
