Really disgusting story of how an innocent day in the Park led to a man being put on the Sex Offenders Register and being made to sign on at Police Stations and have a residence order as well - BY THE POLICE.

For what.....

Taking pictures of his Girlfriend's son in a day out in the park where the son removed his clothes.....

Why

Because they were KURDISH and dont know the ANCIENT ENGLISH CUSTOM that anyone taking a photo of their children is a SEX OFFENDER,

Thank goodness the COURT over-ruled the POLICE on this occasion and common sense prevailed.

The POLICE must be stopped from ruining more peoples' lives.

I don't know. I think this man should receive compensation.

I don't know the legalities of challenging a caution after it has been accepted. Maybe there is still hope for a civil case against the police for damages.

But now that new labour have effectively quashed legal aid then this type of defence against police abuse is now available only to the rich.
