The new HOME SECRETARY KEN CLARKE should use this ruling to break up the MET POLICE into smaller areas probably under CENTRAL - NORTH - WEST - SOUTH - EAST London Police Authorities when the new elected Police Chiefs bill comes into being.

The MET is not accountable because it is too large. It needs to be restored to local communities. Each BOROUGH should have an identity down to every street having its own designated Bobby on the beat.

Then this crazy reliance on STATS should be stopped and fitting up innocent people should be outlawed and any Police who do this should be sacked when caught. Those who tried to prosecute Colin Stagg should have been sacked.
