Looks as if IRAN are winding up Israel. There is even a report saying BIN LADEN is now in IRAN ( though we all know he is either dead or living under CIA protection in luxury somewhere nice )

According to Craig Murray, who worked in the area of Maritime Law, Israel committed an act of illegal war by attacking a Turkish flagged ship in international waters, and Turkey would now be legally entitled to declare war on Israel, though he does not recommend that it should.

I'm currently reading "The Jesus Papers" by Michael Baigent (he's one of the three writers who wrote "Holy Blood, Hold Grail" 20 years ago - the book on which Dan Brown based much of The DaVinci Code).

It's very interesting reading (although I'm only just into the third chapter) and makes much of the trouble caused to the Roamns by the Jews in Biblical times (they haven't changed, have they?).

PS - The second ship - the Rachel Corrie - was also in international waters when boarded (ie when seized by pirates).

Incidentally ... as Izwail has no legitimate claim on Gaza, it also has no claim on the territorial waters OFF Gaza either.
