Yet more false rape allegations : this one is another awful one 13 Years, 11 Months ago

It seems the courts are full of false allegations. It makes you wonder whether anyone who is genuinely raped or abused ever goes to court these days ? It all seems like a "Fantasy Industry" where you make up allegations to solve your financial or revenge problems - like ordering a takeaway. It is now accepted by the POLICE that you need no evidence for an allegation even as serious as this.

The police will use the complaint to make an arrest and then have the excuse to get the DNA.

It is well documented that the police are only concerned with building a DNA database of everyone in the UK.

In The Know - yes you are right.

I still dont understand why they spent so much money and time doing forensic searches etc.

She is sentenced on 25 June. Daily Mail readers are calling for her to get 5 years......she will probably get Community Service - which in itself is not wrong BUT if the man would have got LIFE then she should be made an example of dont you think ?

A very mysogenistic view, yes sure there are false allegations which are obviously very wrong, but there are far more actual rape cases that never go to court due to difficulty in proving the case or shame on behalf of the victim. Most rapes aren't reported because the victims have no confidence that the police will prosecute the perbetrator.
