The POLICE do prosecute false allegations....but only when.. 13 Years, 11 Months ago
it involves their own.

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1285876...-jailed-2-years.html

My recent research shows that the POLICE will prosecute for 1. Harassment and 2. False Allegations BUT ONLY when it applies to themselves.

This is once again showing that the POLICE operate for their OWN benefit,

If you get harassed ( as the disabled suicide duo shows ) the POLICE do nothing with their "stock answer" of "KEEP A LOG / DIARY of incidents "

BUT if they are harassed in any way they prosecute and arrest almost immediately.

Surely this has to change and the law applied for ALL people of the country - not just for themselves ?

Thanks BR, you write:

"This is once again showing that the POLICE operate for their OWN benefit"

Whilst I agree with your conclusion, the evidence in this case does not suffice to show that the police operate _only_ for their own benefit.

What we need is evidence that they have _not_ done the same in a comparable case not involving the police as suspects. I don't doubt that you may have posted such evidence in the past, but placing them side by side would, I think, provide much stronger support for your conclusion.

By the way, the police should protect themselves as a body, otherwise how can they protect us, it could reasonably be argued.

But what they cannot do is neglect the legitimate public interest by not prosecuting a comparable case. If the case is similar, or differs importantly only by being even more egregious, then there can be no excuse.

Forgive me for offering a suggestion on how to present your case, but I really think it would be useful, next time or when you get the chance, to operate on the principle of a direct comparison so that the conclusion is more compelling. If we can line up several such comparisons then we would have the basis of a very strong case indeed.

I think this is a story that needs to be told.

Best Wishes,
Jim

Thanks Jim for your comments and I agree with you.

I have posted many things in the past about how those who have false allegations against them find themselves up against Police bureacracy. The example I gave was the disabled carer and child who in the end killed themselves when making allegations of harassment which the Police did not act upon.

Please note I am not saying the Police were wrong to prosecute - just wishing they would act so efficiently for the rest of us.

PS Jim

The figures about how many allegations dont end in a conviction were posted on here a few weeks ago from official sources. Not all those are false allegations of course - but many would be - and you rarely if ever here of a prosecution. I cant find many at all. If anyone knows of more prosecutions for False allegaions - perverting the course of justice - I would love to have links for them.

I am building up a massive database of these things with a view to actually publishing some sort of report later in the year covering :

1. Historic Allegations evidential basis
2. False Allegations for profit or revenge
3. Sentencing for Historic Offences compared to other serious offences
4. Evidence of Police cover ups in Paedophile Rings for people in power

all comments and links welcome.

There is alot of research that has been done - not least in the USA where in one area around 50 people were put away for Sex abuse - only for the authorities to find that the local prosecutor had made up all the charges and forced people to testify because otherwise they "would be next" - seriously amazing story. He planted "false memories" and everything........

Our POLICE are primitive in their approach and allow the law to be used for profit in the UK rather than for justice. Our system is sick and as far as I can see needs no evidence and even when there is a clear financial or revenge motive the system basically does not protect anyone against such false allegations.

Lives are being ruined EVERY DAY by "POLICE ABUSE" not least because the real abusers are getting away with it whilst the POLICE chase soft targets such as middle aged men and a new thing is that there seem to be alot of OAPs on trial recently for historic abuse........crazy.

Thanks BR,

I'll be looking forward to seeing your report.

Keep it tight, and meticulously referenced.
