ITV world cup coverage is shambolic 13 Years, 11 Months ago
During the Holland V Denmark match Adrian Chiles is talking to the panel and they keep cutting to Gareth Southgate in the stadium mid-sentence. It makes no sense and looks completely amateurish.

ITV always seem to be shambolic at these events. Remember in Japan when they hired a clearly sozzled Paul Gascoigne? Only they were amazed when he started either dozing off or not turning up. This time they clearly lack the courage to aim for a particular tone, so we get a bit of half-hearted analysis, a bit of light-hearted banter and a few aimless filmed features. They also have the two most irritating commentators I've heard for a while - Drury is hysterical and Clive Tyldsley seems to think he's a great wit (the first 't' must be silent!).
