ANSWER : When the person involved is the wife of a CELEB.

Shocking - and surely this Policeman should be charged with assault. If you or me threw a woman on the floor I am sure we would be charged. How do the POLICE ( Like PC SMELLIE ) get away with assaulting women so publicly ?

There is NO EXCUSE for attacking a woman in my book. Even if a woman offers violence against you - then you should walk away.

Tarrant got out at the nick of time. Havig seen this woman on various chat shows, i'm not surprised she thinks she's above the law. Why does she think its ok to park illegaly? There is no excuse for violence but equally when your being pursued by a copper with flashing blue lights, you really are an idiot if you think you can get away.

Mrs Tarrant sounds a wild one. Why drive off? Why resist arrest? If she had bothered to park her car properly as everyone else has to then there would be no issue. Women these days can be worse and more violent than the men. The lady who lived up the road from us hurled the washing machine at her husband - through a door!

I've nothing against a bit of washing machine hurling. Why, we all have our moments. But through a door is really taking it to the next level.

Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Perhaps I'm in a minority here in believing that women, dainty and helpless though they might look, should be equal to men as accountable adult beings.
