Thought for the Day - on "armed forces day" (LOL !) 13 Years, 10 Months ago  
On the so-called "armed forces day" - when I doubt you will see ANYONE "supporting" the troops (apart from a few family members and the usual suspects who have been bussed in), here's a sobering thought ....

Cameron wants troops returned from Afghanistan by 2015 (why then? why not now?)

FACT - The invasion of Afghanistan has now gone on for longer than the length of BOTH World Wars combined !

Well ... did anyone actually see ANYTHING "armed forces-wise" ?

I thought not .... another KAPE (Keep the Army in the Public Eye) non-story and publicity stunt !
