Take some time off and appreciate just "being" - and getting to a beautiful place is part of that. People who take time to appreciate and meditate and pray generally live happier and live longer. Yes - by all means live at 100mph when at work etc. but the ability to switch off is something we all need to be able to do -especially as we get older.
